The divide in America came all the way to the surface after Donald Trump was elected President in November of 2016. George Floyd and the Coronavirus has turned the divide into a large gaping gap.
The divide is over several issues, but in the end the biggest disconnect is between Trump supporters and Trump haters. It is hard to understand how some very intelligent people can disagree so vehemently on the same subject.
Joe Biden is the only hope of the Trump haters. It is a shame this is the best the Democrats can come up with. The only reason you could possibly support a lifetime corrupt and failed politician like Biden is because you hate Trump so much.
Why do 40% of Americans despise the President so much? Maybe because Trump exposed what they thought was an ideal gov’t, and has evidence that our gov’t was a mirage slowly but surely manipulating our country towards socialism.
Why are 40% of Americans so loyal to Mr. Trump? Maybe because he puts America and Americans first. Also see above. lol.
What happens if Trump wins in a landslide? Will CNN say ‘America has spoken’? Unfortunately the Democrats will just keep whining and plot another impeachment.
What happens if Biden wins? America will have a creepy old man hiding in his basement as President of what still is the greatest country in the world. Either way if you don’t own a gun, I suggest you purchase one now.
As September approaches one side says get the kids back to school at all costs. The other side wants to stay at home the rest of their lives and live off the government.
One side thinks we have come a long way in regards to racism, suffrage, and globalization. The other side thinks America is an experiment gone wrong and we need to tear down all unfriendly history.
One side cares what the rest of the world thinks of our great country. The other side could give a flying shit what others think about how we take care of our own business.
Either way I cannot forecast a happy ending for this country. When the war starts we will all have to decide whether or not to wear masks on the battlefield.
